The term texture refers to the sensation to touch the brush with a particular subject and where the sense of touch is the main decoder in the same, as is the vehicle or in charge of producing the sensation that holds the texture in question : softness, hardness, roughness, among otras.Si good touch is that sense that most clearly distinguishes one texture from another, as mentioned, there are two types of texture on the one hand we have the touch and the other to the visual. The touch is that only perceptible by touch. The visual means those printed textures that mimic reality, allowing the creation of visual textures but there are no corresponding version of reality. In the kitchen are used many different textures in each dish, such as candy, that depending on the temperature at which it prepared its finish has a different texture such as the coffee candy or the maximum that is the hard candy , which will reach 156 ° C from there burn the caramel. Take the example also the texture of gelatin (elastic and firm), that of polvoron (earthy), honey (syrup texture that looks like candy too), icing sugar (texture firm but gentle) e merengue (with a foamy texture and soft).
